The Challenge
Shipping a production multi-codebase B2B SaaS platform as a solo founder required an order-of-magnitude increase in engineering velocity without sacrificing quality.
The Approach
I built a cross-model verification system where one LLM writes the code, and an adversarial LLM audits the diffs, writes unit tests, and logically verifies deployments before human review. Custom CI/CD sprint gates enforce quality at every stage.
Impact
Personally built the agentic development workflow that enabled solo-shipping across a multi-codebase platform (Next.js, Vue 3 widget, Firebase Cloud Functions, Flutter), acting simultaneously as Product Architect and the entire engineering pod.
